I think I have outgrown the zooped-up, "I played too much need for speed", "fast and the furious were the best movies ever", car scene.

I'm also a fan of cars and speed... although, like Wyv, I prefer a track rather than a straight line... However, I'm not really into the classics. Personally, I wouldn't mind taking my GTI around a track... or rather, A GTI (other than mine). Tyres are expensive

So... Which Seat do you drive? Seems like it is a family favourite. Pity that VW stopped bringing them to SA.

No guts, no glory, no brain, same story.

Nooo I love straight track. I don't drive a Seat even though I would love to. Here's my baby: Renault Clio lll 2.0 Sport

Not "the" fastest but fast enough for now. I'm actually looking to get myself the OPC. But I'll have to wait a bit...

And here's my brothers awesome Golf 2. Recently did an ABF motor:

We still need to put it on the quarter mile to see what time it does though.

My first car was a Golf 2 CSX... which I had converted to a 2L, gasflowed, balanced and added a 36 Weber carb. Loved that car. It was quicker than both my Golf 3 GTI (also gasflowed and new fuel management system) and Golf 4 GTI (standard) that I drove after that. These days though I drive the cars as I buy them. No more mods.

I love the Golf's but I will never drive one myself. This is my brothers first car (he's 20) bought it himself and every month he does something different to the car. But I have to say it fscks off! Lol!

I also leave my car standard. That's why i'll buy meself the OPC Turbo as is. Better that way especially with the warranty etc.

To see where dust gets blown onto the track, where the track is cracking, where the curbs are high as well as any other things that might affect the racing conditions.

and as Eugene said. . . I am not an "oke"
    Terribly sorry Miss! My bad.
