PC market declines, but AMD and Intel go strong

Nvidia’s market share shrinks and is partly eaten by AMD.

I take it that when referring to the PC market, these numbers don't count people who build their own desktops or buy pre-assembled non-branded desktops? Basically anyone buying a pc from Prophecy, Sybaritic, Rebeltech, Joker, etc?

Well the home-built system is becoming far more commonplace than that of buying pre-built systems. Makes sense considering that AMD is more home-build friendly than that of Nvidia (and i say that owning both pieces of hardware).
