    yeah it works fine, but it uses a lot of your bandwidth. and our data usage has gone down a lot since we got rid of it

    Avast and AVG have very weak /passive firewalls...but ok for normal browsing...ie: no crack/hack/porn sites :P careful for P2P sites as well...but it works very well for average users.
    Drive by downloads have become a major issue of late...

    we switched to Comodo Internet Security now, seems to be working.... I think

    well like I said, we're using Comodo now and seems to be working fine

    I'll consider getting it later on, see if it's better than Avast! for me, and possibly make the switch.

    True in a way...its all part of the package tho, including firewall.

    Nothing can evern write to registry without letting you know, so nice for those sneaky installs, easier to block its just a pain in the ass in the begginning if you are not sure, or not used to that type of software.
