    Only get it if you actually intend to overclock it otherwise it is actually a waste of money going for a k series cpu.

    SSD's are so so expensive. Im not too sure about their reliability either. Dont see a point in spending so much money on them. Unless money isn't really an issue.

    If you going to use a SSD as a main gaming Drive it's fine as soon as you put an OS on that thing, make sure you are prepared to do a back up of that drive bi-weekly just incase it decides to do a complete wipe.

    i have not heard of ssd's doing complete wipes before...
    how would that even work?

    It is very rare, but has happened...I wouldn't be more worried over an SSD than a HDD as HDDs fail...

    i am pretty sure hhd click more often than ssd wipe themselves...

    SSDs are dodgy at best. Getting better than a few years back, but far off from perfect.

    We have had two die in servers, both within a week of them being installed.

    I'm using 2 SSDs at the moment(and one before that), haven't had a single issue yet.
