I sincerely apologize if you think I am picking on you, was not my intention. I would have posted my response regardless of who posted it.

Your post hit a nerve as I have two young kids, younger than the kid on question. Most of the time they have very little understanding of what impact they have when they do things. So to really point out that this little kid has something wrong mentally is not something I agree with and is not supported by what was reported.
