    "Why is there an "is"? Bad grammar, Jeremy. Tsk tsk "

    Why is there no punctuation in your comment, Simon? :P Haha!

    Actually, Tooken, punctuation marks go inside the quotation marks, like so;

    "Why is there an "is?""

    But it's okay. We'll forgive you.

    Question marks are slightly different.

    The placement of question marks with quotes follows logic. If a question is in quotation marks, the question mark should be placed inside the quotation marks.

    Examples:
    She asked, "Will you still be my friend?"

    Do you agree with the saying, "All's fair in love and war"?
    Here the question is outside the quote.

    NOTE: Only one ending punctuation mark is used with quotation marks. Also, the stronger punctuation mark wins. Therefore, no period after war is used.

    Ah, I see. I thought that because full stops and commas go inside the quotes, it works the same for all punctuation marks.

    That's a very useful site, by the way. Thanks for the link.

    Getting back to the topic of the thread...

    I watched this and it wasn't too bad. The characters and costumes were the highlights. The sound effects and music borrowed from Fallout: New Vegas, as well as the special effects made me cringe a bit. But then that's fan films for you.

    I wholly prefer Fallout: Nuka Break and the web series it spawned.
