His 1.3 OT (4 hours) and 1.5 OT (15) got read in as 1.5 OT 415 hours.
Oh and you would be surprised but the lady I replaced here at this firm once paid most of the employees twice in one month, we had about 8 guys who were supposed to be paid a week later because of a project and when it came to paying them she submitted a file running the whole payroll again.
Will probably be the case, luckily I have the report which I printed my manager where he did not query the guys high salary.just don't pay him for the next 2 months

welcome to the party, i have done errors like that once or twice already and we also have 2 ppl that check the payroll once im finished uploading it and they also missed it on those occasions
