Thread: My laptop specs

    RAM is always a great place to start (in a laptop), as you really can't upgrade much.
    Later a ssd replacing the disc-drive is the next upgrade or a new hhd in place of disc drive.
    (you can only do this if your games are from steam or origin)

    I wouldn't say always...
    Some people like 'em ODDs
    Some Ultrabooks and Netbooks could use an SSD or SSHD as a replacement of the original drive.

    I have an almost 6 year old pc that can run close to everything...

    I think he means are you running in power saver, high performance etc? (If you click on the battery level indicator and check the power settings)
