I think my choice would be Smackdown vs Raw 2011. This game was buggy and simple, but playing multiplayer provided some fun times. Possibly the worst game I actually enjoyed
Geez, I remember WWE Raw. That was terrible. Animation sucked, character graphics were laughable, but I just had to play it. I was desperate because at that time I was in the mood for a fighting game, and there weren't (and still aren't afaik) any good wrestling games on PC. The last good one was probably WWF Wrestlemania: The Arcade Game. Still, I enjoyed it for a month or so. Setting up tournaments with virtual dream matches between wrestlers was cool.
I think I had WWE on PS2 at a stage. The character would get stuck while "exploring" the arena. The camera angles were terrible. The game had a habit of freezing and I would have to restart the PS2. Haven't played a WWE game since.
Yeah, they look horrid nowadays, and from what I've heard are horrid. I think the one reason why WWF Wrestlemania: The Arcade Game was so good was because it was made by Midway, the guys behind Mortal Kombat. WWF In Your House was quite poor in comparison actually, but still had a lot of fun playing it. The older wrestling games were no doubt a lot better in general.
