ADSL price cuts incoming?

These price cuts, stipulated by the Competition Tribunal, come after Telkom announced a free increase in IPC capacity in mid-August 2013.

Not exactly Telkom being nice, they are being forced.

Now if only they would decrease line rental fees and scrap the voice line requirement.
