Well i do not want to get burried thats for sure. I also dont want an open kist service and sopping everywhere. Have a braai, some beer and brannas at my service. I want my ashes to be scattered in the sea where i was born. Cape Town. Or my mom can keep my ashes in the kitchen as a reminder of my cooking skills. Im not scared of death at all. And im ready to go anytime. Im also not a serious person, and if i would go onto a wall of rememberance, my preferred wording on the golden plate will be: For the love of Boobs and Craziness!

Just burn my ass and sprinkle me in a field somewhere. In death (as in life), I'd regret taking up space that could be more constructively utilised by the living! Each to their own, but I find the idea of a corpse decomposing in an expensive box six feet under, macabre and unnecessary. All I hope is that my friends would remember me as helpful and loyal.

You are going to end up in an expensive box, whether your body will be buried or cremated. Just be sure so write down that you want to be cremated, and it'll also help if you say where you want your ashes to be 'sprinkled', specify that field, otherwise your friends and family might find it difficult to decide.

There's just something special about having a grave, a place to go to remember a person. But cemeteries are lonely places - I wouldn't want my wife to endanger herself by going to my grave. And tombstones are being vandalized, wouldn't want my family to worry about petty things like that. So I suppose I'll want to be cremated as well.
They should drop my ash box in the sea where it'll drop to the bottom of the ocean and erode away like old memories.
I'd like everyone to remember me the way I really am, but for each one this will be different.

Lets try remain on topic the OP is about what you would be remembered for, not how you wish to go out or what is done with your corpse lol.

Perhaps its something to think about, to have a legacy or whatever that is followed with your leaving. A higher purpose rather than just being another statistic.

I promise i am not on any recreational drugs, just a serious thought about what we leave here behind.

Well, what frustrates me to hell is our public health system (which, according to the definition a coordinated body of methods or a scheme or plan of procedure; organizational scheme
    shouldn't be called a system...)

Anyways, if I could, by any means possible, be remembered for playing a part in changing how things are now into a system that actually worked and could be beneficial to the people using the system and not so much for the people controlling the system. Then I'd be satisfied with my life.

Im working towards leaving my family more than financially sound after Im gone. I've noticed my self becoming more and more Scrooge McDuck because of it though but I blame the weak ass Rand for that.

This reminds me, I need to review my Will.
