I wasn't aware the Xbox One software was meant for pc...

Edit: I am specifically talking about a OS for gamers on PC, I really don't like consoles or console gaming apart from the Forza Series on Xbox.

You know that as from Xbox one release, all Microsoft's OS will be sharing the same Kernel, just with different UI's. Windows 8.* Windows Phone 8, Windows RT and Xbox One all will share the same kernel and thus making it easier for developers to cross compile. That is the beauty of WinRT (Not the tablet but the new runtime)

Once you see and understand where Microsoft is heading you will either love the new direction or be scared shitless

Sure you will not be able to load XBone on your PC but developers will be able to target both platforms with a single Project. Also the streaming is taken care of in the new shared kernel. See Smartglass

I know all about that but its Microsoft so no one knows how its gonna end up xD
We can only hope for the best, Oh and this got me thinking, technically the new Xbox One is pretty much a pc, so if you think about it console gaming is dead and pc gaming is moving forward
