One day it will be you or me (and you family or friends) in a car on the road when one of these maniacs comes ripping past loses control and takes me out in the process. I have no sympathy for their consequences. It should be way more than a fine. Jail time and/or community service and suspension of drivers license for a minimum of 6 months.
