According to Raptr, first is Battlefield 3 at 386 hours, then Skyrim (which I still haven't finished) at 111 hours
According to steam Bad company 2 at 443 hours. But it could possibly be Caesar III never had any time recording programs for that and I played that for years.

That's pretty much the top list that has been taken away from my life.
BF3 Almost 700 hours
256 hours on warframe. but pretty sure a lot of that was updating time
