anybody actually get the transfer kit posted from overseas?

I am getting an elite unit, but need to desperately transfer my data from the old 20GB hd to the 120GB hard drive. is it a painless process to request the transfer cable?

Would appreciate some feedback.

Why don't they just allow you to backup and restore onto standard USB disks and hard drives?
