OK, what I did is probably against the terms and conditions of at least three websites and illegal in three countries (picked English, UK as language), but I created a facebook page, gmail account and signed up. I will post real pictures, however and make a donation or two![]()
One day, I'll grow up and become responsible.
Probably not today.
We did Movember at work a few years back. My boss took first place and I took third iirc. And that was out +-1,000 blokes. I got so used to the facial hair thing that I eventually decided to grow a beard. Kept it for about 4 months and then shaved it all off. Just couldn't get used to my face without hair, so grew it all back ... and some![]()
Even the good missus likes it. Threatened me with my life if I cut it off
I'd have to consult her if I am to be Mr Brakpan for a month![]()
Great competition.
Unfortunately, I will not shave this beard off. Reasons:
-lets me instinctively know where the nearest mountain is
-fits on my face
-filters the air of toxins, pollution and stray food
-science has shown that beards rarely sleep
-beards are almost completely immune to sarcasm
-quadruples handsomeness
-dramatically increases my wood-chopping abilities
-natural bear-repellent when camping or wandering in the woods
-acts as a homing beacon, attracting the jealousy and admiration of the beardless
I will post a picture of my beard at the end of Movember though.
BTW, do you also support Don't Shave December, Manuary, Hairy February and Baard Maart?
