    Default Decriminalisation of prostitution on agenda



    The possible decriminalisation of prostitution will remain on the agenda of the newly appointed SA Law Reform Commission (SALRC), President Jacob Zuma said on Monday.

    The commission has been working on "Project 107", which deals with sex work, for over a decade, he said in written reply to a parliamentary question.

    "Research on the various projects of the commission as was approved by the previous commission continues unabated," Zuma said.

    I'm sure most of the people in government have been "researching" prostitution for a very long time....

    Well could come in handy for prostitutes. If the guy doesn't pay take it to the rape court

    Well what do they call it when you go to a restaurant and can't pay, if that's theft then if guessing it would be. I wonder what will she make one do though, make you clean sheets after she finishes with her clients
