The developers retracted their copyright infringement claim.

I see they've also removed the ability of non-owners to post in their forums.

It is shameful that a developer can be so petty as to report one of the most respected gaming Youtubers just because he didn't like their game. It is a blatant example of censorship. I've now seen many other prominent Youtubers getting behind TB as they express their support for his cause.

In short what the video entails:
TB posted a video in which he gives his honest opinion about Day One: Gary's Incident. This was done after getting explicit permission from the developers to do so. The developers of the game, Wild Games Studios, then decided that, because the video was overall negative, to take it down. The reason they gave are that "TB doesn't have any right to make money off of their licence". Which is funny, because TB's job, which he gets paid for, is to make Youtube videos, something they gave him permission to do.

What's your opinion about the incident?
It is hectic. And all of that after he did get permissions to do so.

Here's a response from NukemDukem to this whole fiasco.

Original video was re-uploaded here if anyone wants to watch.

I saw it as it on the day he posted it as I watch all his WTF clips and I agree with him about how absolutely dreadful this game is.

Clearly the developer has issues with criticism of their game.

The problem I see with YouTube that restrictions and flagging parameters imposed by YouTube and developers are to general. These cannot be in forced by individuals as you'd need an army to wade through millions of clips per day so you will need a policy to automatically flag questionable content but, if content is wrongfully flagged, then the appeal system must be robust enough to retract flagging without the owner of a channel having to go thorough weeks of having your channel suspended while wating for replies to emails sent to a faceless organisation.

Isn't that the guy that used to spam this forum with his videos? I believe he was banned twice.
