Yeah....more black people in senior positions...cause that has worked so well in the past...Look at our shining example of a president (Ultimate senior position)

I personally have no issue with colour of someone in any position, as long as they can do the job properly. forcing someone in a position they cant function at, then getting someone else to do the job for them is not helping anybody. Lets not forget how our country's economy is being broken by endless strikes for, sometimes, outrageous demands. Don't they realize if they keep this up, more people lose jobs, not the other way around....then price of food and fuel etc goes up, and they strike about that....never mind its their own fault!
Of course some people strike for really good reasons....i get that, and support it. But you not doing anybody a favour by bringing the entire country to its knees to have your way....at the same time destroying stuff thats not yours, and hurting people having nothing to do with the strike! really educated...

Dont get me wrong...some bad shite went down in the past, I get it, i was no part of it, and Im getting punished...I can even live with that, what I cant understand : How can they expect people to take the seriously, and respect their cause when they keep acting like barbarians and spoilt children throwing tantrums and breaking stuff. They kill each other faster than anybody else, rape each other, and all sorts of unspeakable acts....do they think people are going to take them seriously? Is there no better way to achieve their goals?

Cosatu and unions in general just piss me off. They encourage employers with a limited pool of funding, and try to distribute it among the smallest number of people - giving them higher salaries for people with no skills. This does not promote employment, it causes unemployment. As for this black people being prioritised...its nothing new.
