See, now this is what I was talking about last month with the regulars trying to be back-seat moderators. If you feel a thread is not conducive to a good forum environment, there's a report button below every post in that thread. If you simply don't like the contents of the thread, you're more than welcome to simply not read it.

Why do you have to troll the thread instead? Nobody is holding a gun to your head and forcing you to read the thread. The irony of what I'm about to say isn't lost on me, but this isn't MyBB, so why do exactly what the trolls there are doing daily? If you don't like a thread you don't have to troll it, you don't have to spam it, you don't have to insult the posters in thread. You can just move right along and I can guarantee you it's not going to degrade the quality of your life.

Just have a bit of respect for your fellow forum members, please.

Default Cape teen beheaded in ‘satanic ritual’

Ok I have a few questions

How am I trolling when this is a wildly unpopular topic hear?
    Who did I insult?
Why I am I the disrespectful one for posting negatively about a topic that can be interpreted as highly insensitive and offensive to some members of our forum.?

Religion isn't a friendly topic here, I have seen it bring out some very offensive comments previously, I don't see the point in nurturing a land-mine.

You'd think that after all this time, people would realise that superstitious bull perpetuates other superstitious bull. Why do people insist on believing in nonsense?

Trying to legitimise superstitious nonsense of any sort perpetuates this kind of insanity.

Satanism is whatever people want it to mean, just like Christianity is whatever so-called Christians want it to mean. People attach their own maddening morality to whatever self-imposed identity crisis is the current peer-respected fad.

To some people, Satanism is harmless hedonism and to others it's an offshoot of Christian lunacy.

Who cares what the hell it is? None of this stupidity should exist in the first place, not in this day and age.

People commit atrocities because they are atrocious. Whatever they claim to believe, their actions are determined by their personal morality and that is determined by how fucked up they are.

Superstitious bull... It's time that people stop believing in fairies and start accepting responsibility.

Will any believers accept responsibility for sowing the seeds of myths and mysticism in the minds of their children and for drilling into them the belief in the superstitious?

    Not a chance.

Far easier to blame gods and monsters than to blame themselves.

Always the conundrum though--did the superstition make the monster, or did the monster make the superstition?

Its not a subject that belongs on My Gaming, there are other dumps for it like my broad band.
I always find it funny when MyGaming locals call MyBroadband a "dump" or pass some other derogatory commentary. Do you realise that MyBroadband runs MyGaming? That the MyGaming staff work hard on both websites? How do you think that makes them feel?

Do you think that people have some sort of multiple personality disorder and "change" when they use either MyGaming or MyBroadband?

People are people and they'll talk about whatever they want to. If you don't like to read something then for the love of sanity (mine, if not yours) don't.

This isn't some Neo-Nazi forum where everyone has to conform to some nutjob's ideal perspective of reality.

I'll never understand the masochistic need some people feel to involve themselves in topics that upset or offend them. Get the hell over yourselves.

Great, I knew this was coming. There has to be one ass-hole who has to insult everyone with faith.

Where is this insult of faith you speak of? I totally agree, whether I am posting on MyG, Mybb or 4chan (lol), my religious views remain the same... should I water it down for the possibly less-mature crowd on a Gaming website(as is suggested)? (less mature based on age average, do not flame me)

Regardless of whether or not religious debate has a place on MyGaming, this thread has gone crazy far off the rails.
