Hi Glordit,

We saw your post 25-10-2013 and we would like to confirm that flooding did occur at the centre on the afternoon of 25th October 2013. However, there was no structural damage that occurred; hence, we can assure our shoppers and their tenants that their safety has not be compromised.

We do understand that the flood resulted in inconvenience; however we are looking into the situation and how best to prevent similar incidences going forward.

Most of the PE shopping centres are in a bad state. I have a friend that works at a certain restaurant in Walmer Park and she was telling me of similar cases of fund mismanagement by the head honchos.

The roof hasn't caved in yet , but basically, if there's ever a major fire in Walmer Park, lots of people are going to die. The lack of fire hazard training and signage is appalling. These upper-level guys just line their pockets, and eventually when a major accident happens, they'll be able to remove any blame from themselves thanks to their fancy lawyers. It's sickening

They make enough money from rent to properly manage their facilities.
