My predictions for the first round:

    Jap vs NZ
Honestly? This is just going to be the plot from Godzilla all over again. NZ by 54 points.

    Eng vs Aus
I put down the Poms by 12, but I think the game will be tougher than that. Try and penalty late in the second half to the Poms to skew the result somewhat.

    Canada vs NZ Maori
I have no idea how strong the Moari team is so this is pure guess work: NZ by 22.
One day, I'll grow up and become responsible.
    Probably not today.

For all sport, not just rugby. And not really like D&D, that would be a fantasy league, I guess.
You just predict who will a match and by how many points/goals/runs. The closer you are, the better you score. At the end of a tournament, the guys with the most points get gold, silver and bronze medals. You don't win anything, it's just for bragging rights.
For example: for the rugby match Saturday between New Zealand and Japan, I predicted that New Zealand will win by 54 points.
And for tomorrow's cricket game between the Titans and Dolphins, I picked the Dolphins to win by either 13 runs or 3 wickets.

    Probably not today.

Nope, you can say which team you think will win during a game and by how much.

So say you think team A will win by 7 points you submit it and after the match points get awarded based on your pick.

If team B wins then you zero points.

If team A wins by 1-2 or 12 and more you get one point

If team A wins within a spread of 5 points up and 5 points down of your pick you get 0.5 bonus points.

If your pick is the closest to the actual result in your pool you will get an additional bonus point.
