I have a problem...but I guess I can't complain because it's the first problem I've had with Windows 7. BitDefender just won't update. The skank.

It runs fine, it just encounters an error when I attempt to update it. Windows isn't too amused about that fact...it shouts at me in warning on a regular basis.

I've deactivated all firewalls (how Windows Firewall can interfere with Windows Update is beyond me btw ) so that isn't the issue.

hhmm, is the update a separate component like in Symantec products?

Tried a reinstall maybe, did the licensing take?
I had some problems with updating some apps when the licensing wasn't properly activated.

Quite curious problem though.

Nope, it's part of the main program.

I've tried a reinstall, which didn't help either. It sucks because everything is activated etc.
