Or .... for a real Thief-inspired experience: http://www.thedarkmod.com/main/
The Dark Mod went standalone about a month ago so you no longer need Doom 3 to play. There are some minor issues at the moment (some of them already patched and awaiting the next release), so check the forums if you get stuck. With the current release, make sure you install it to a folder named "darkmod" (fixed in source).
Yea, I must still download TDM v 2.0. And I have to re-download all the maps too, seeing as the old ones have been updated to work with the new version.![]()
Stories from the city...
Wow, now they're shamelessly copying the 'Tales From Dunwall' video series Arkane did before they released Dishonored. What a bunch of schmucks. Their series isn't even nearly as good as TfD anyway.
I'm really starting to get excited about this game, it looks like it could be a lot of fun.
Is it just me or does anybody else feel the Deus Ex HR inspiration in there?

If it's still chugging along slowly, you can note down the name of the slow mirror and stop the updater. Then you can edit the tdm_mirrors.txt file and comment out the slow mirror. When you fire up the updater again, make sure you go to the advanced options and select the "--keep-mirrors" option before resuming the download.
Otherwise just download it from moddb.com.
