    Public Protector Thuli Madonsela was being unreasonable when she decided to release her provisional report into Nkandla without obtaining comments from ministers in the security cluster, Justice Minister Jeff Radebe said on Saturday.

    I don't think so. Its less than 90 pages a day, you could read that in an afternoon though, they only want the delay so they can find some reason to destroy it and that defeats the purpose of the report. It's not there for ministers to redraw to save their skin but for the public.

    No where does he acknowledge that the Public Protector has no obligation to send it to the security cluster first.

    she is the PUBLIC protector... not the minister protector. you screw up and she is bound by duty to tell us about
