Well then it might just be one of those days they are having. It all comes down to you first impression and due to the first item that I have ever order from them, I think that's why I feel disappointed! Non the less. Will wait in patients! Just abit upset with there customer service as via email they haven't yet replied to the 2 emails I sent them!

Ya look, their customer service really doesn't seem to be up to scratch, but things seem to arrive more or less in the specified time frame generally, if only just. The vouchers work fine since they are probably automated.

Worst groupon voucher ever was for Discover scuba diving. I spent the next 3 months in the pool with people who didn't even bother to research anything. The result was I had to teach 2 girls how to scuba dive even though they didn't know how to swim, another who didn't bring his swimming costume and a guy who I had to strap 20kgs of lead onto his belt just to get him to sink (needed another 2 to keep him down).

Besides that I've had no issues with them.

Ex colleague used them a few times with mixed results. Personally I have not. Never really considered them. Always a bit worried about getting the goods or services promised.

Scuba stories are the best. I know of a case where the guy shortened his flippers with scissors to make them fit into his bag. Scuba instructor was speechless.

Only have had good experience with them order last week and they phoned me this morning saying its there and they said delivery is 2-3 weeks.
