I'm not being greatly impressed by the visuals on these consoles. Sure, they aren't bad, and definitely an improvement over the current-gen consoles - but my PC is still outperforming them is terms of resolution and FPS, and it's knocking on 4 years old. We're supposed to use these new consoles for another 10 years? I'd rather spend my money on PC upgrades.

No, this was a huge point when the consoles were announced. Xbox was going to be region locked but because of the backlash decided to change their policy.
Quite a hefty price there will definitely wait 1-2 years when they drop below 3k with some great bundles then I will purchase it like I did with the xbox 360.
