Ok found the diffrance.

My son's account was on Firefox set to SA, my account in Chrome and on Steam. My son country is set to SA, mine to New Zealand cause I am using my NZ cc to buy on Steam.

Also found that NZ have some other titles on sale that is not in SA one: example http://store.steampowered.com/app/239820/ is also in mine but can't access it in my sons.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't Chrome and the Steam client use your windows connection settings while Firefox uses its own custom settings?
This is a bit of a reach, but maybe there is some sort of difference in your settings between FF and windows that confuses steam about your location.

Naa its the country the accounts is set to.

See there is some interesting price differences all over the place, some games are cheaper in SA and others are cheaper in NZ.

Edit: HA, suckers you pay $5.99 for dark souls.... I can get mine for $4.99
