These drivers do not over any performance increase over 182.05 .
However, the 182.05 drivers which were released in beta form on Feb 10 offered the quoted performance enhancments over 181.22.
182.06 is the official release version of 182.05, and the performance enhancements gained in the beta are apparent in the new release.
I am still using 181.22, as the beta of 182.05 were causing freezes in Saints Row 2 and Fallout 3 for me!
well no BSODs, not hangs, crashes or any weird things. also no visible increase in performance in benching or games. All but 1 game.
Fallout 3 my avg FPS increased by 5-7FPS, but max FPS dropped a bit.

These are very good drivers I use them, fixed some errors I had in Lotro with all the 18x.xx drivers.
