Default Graphics Card in R1000-R1500 range

I'm looking for a decent low-mid range GPU.

    Any assistance would be appreciated.

I would say a R7-250 the R7-250 [~R1200] won't be able to max out games but at Med with out AA in 900/1080p it should get the job done.

On the Green teams side there is the GTX560 [~R1500]

I'd actually posted this too soon.

A graphics card will take me way over my budget.

    Will be getting:

    *Intel Core i3 - 4130 3.4GHz
    *1x 4GB RAM
    *Wibtek B85-M Motherboard
+ new case - and if possible - a new mousepad or mouse.

My budget is R3500 + Case. Then, Christmas money for any other peripheral(s).

Ah Rather get a FM2 series CPU then at least you have a semi-decent GPU on the CPU which can play most games. Unless it's to be a HTPC then I HIGHLY recommend a A8/A10 series.

    AMD RICHLAND A10-6800K R2058 or A8-6600K R 1577
    MSI FM2-A55M-E33 R637
    Generic DDR3 4GB R500 / 9GB R900.

    w/ A8 & 4GB = R2800~

I shop at Rebel Tech, PM'ed you since I think you'll get it faster (unless you sub'd this thread).

I notice the CPU is a Dual Core. Is it better than an A8-5600?

A8-6600K APU comes with a Radeon HD 8570D build into it and it's a quad!! (Rebel Techs listing of it being dual is wrong)

I can't seem to find a local listing for a 5600 was the original Trinity series that initially launched back in 2012, the 6600 is Richland which was an improvement on Trinity.

I would probably go with the A8/10 6xxx since it's a quad, unless you are on a serious budget, dual cores are not dead and won't die anytime soon, they can still hold their own in their own right.
