    Nah there's no lines there installed and I think it's purely due to the Eskom Pylons

    That is what I did when wanted to find out if we had lines, complex had cables to each unit in my complex already (did not know) just had to actually pull it into my house to my study where I wanted it. Took me and the Telkom guy 20min and line was installed and running.

    I need to find out if they will put up an infrastructure there first though.

    if there is no infrastructure good luck with that then. My friend stays in fourways and she has been waiting for a year now to have the infrastructure put into or near her co0mplex

    From reading on mybroadband it seems your chances are quite low in getting infrastructure put in as they not happy to install at complexes unless there is enough client base there asking for lines to be put in and think it was 60% of the people they need interested.

    broadbandstats.co.za may help you with finding out if it has infrastructure if you know a phone number nearby.

    Having or not having ADSL would be a deal breaker for me, when making a decision to move somewhere..
