Unfortunately my Dota 2 ping suffers on TI but it's been great so far for downloading. Not to mention the do Uncapped special is cheaper than what I was paying for 2mb uncapped with WA! Granted I never had issues with latency on WA they were terrible for speed during the day.

I'm happy with my 2MB uncapped account from Axxess, and their 4mb accounts are not bad at all, we use their 4mb uncapped account at work.
