Maybe not the latest Mario, but we can still play the older ones on our PhonesNintendo has suggested it won't put Mario games on smartphones.
Following a recent report that the firm will be looking at smart devices, president Satoru Iwata said the strategy won't be straightforward as putting games as traditional as Mario on the platform.

"The spread of smart devices does not spell the end of game consoles. It's not that simple," he said according to The Wall Street Journal.
"It doesn't mean that we should put Mario on smartphones."
While 3DS forecasts were down for the financial year, Nintendo management stated that it was the best-selling games system globally for 2013 - including in the UK and US - proving its strategy is on the right track.
