    Every time one of my branches drop I have a tug-of-blame between Axxess and Telkom - getting real sick of this...

    It took me over a year to get my Vitality reinstated and for Discovery to acknowledge their cockup. Even then the discount what they want to give me because of their **** up is a complete joke compared to what their mistake cost me!

    MTN cellphone repairs is utterly useless. I have taken a phone of mine back there several times to sort out the issue with it switching off and they still give it back to me saying it's fine. I accept it back, get home and my phone is off! Ffffffuuuuuuu.... Seriously how the hell do you get a cellphone company to replace a defective contract phone?
