Player Banned on PB Bans

Just wanted to know are people allowed to play on servers when they have been using hack?

No of course not. We monitor our servers constantly for hackers.

Ok well this guy has been banned I believe. Playing on the Delta COD4 Server as "-IMD-COSMO" , he also goes by the name of "BIH ELKOHOLIK" If that's not worthy a ban or you feel I wasted your time. I do apologize. Thanks
