Have to agree with this. While there are many people out there that are able to buy both, and show off their hardware, the vast majority of the gaming community is strapped for cash. And $100 in the states is not like R100 here. It's a fair amount of cash.
With the options available to the American market in terms of media, the xbox should actually beat the PS4 in terms of sales due to it's all roundednessness.

Well there is a little glimmer of hope at least of us getting a cheaper version but if i can get a version without a kinect i'll gladly take it
i mean the previous kinect went for R1800 in the beginning so what would this new one cost stand alone and if it can drop say 2K of the normal xbox one i'd really think of getting me one for my birthday in march instead of a new track kit
