Considering the difference between the gaming performance of the two operating systems is so minimal, Windows 7's sexiness alone should be reason enough for people to switch to it from XP

Any chance of an Nvidia benchmark?
I somehow believe that these performance gains/losses are more influenced by driver support than anything else. Would be interesting to see benchmarks 6 months down the line.
PS. 8GB DDR3 ram is overkill!

It is Great , no doubt I just put 7 trough its paces on my machine and I have to say it works great , NFS shift on XP had frame rate issues none on 7 , both on the same machine just Diff partitions .
Go for it , im busy transferring to it as we speak.
