I absolutely love Banana Beer! However, I quoted you to find out how you keep going back to smoking? I've been off for about 15 months now after going cold turkey and miss it often - it was a nice habit for me, just very unhealthy - but I can't see myself starting again.

Quitting really is pretty easy, your fear of what it will be like is a serious over-reaction. 3 Weeks and you're clean.
