    Reading will 100% knock you out. I tend to pass out 5min into a book if I am on my bed. Sitting up I am fine though.

    Try it, read something. Perhaps make it super boring.....

    that's not gonna work coz i LOVE history :-) WW2 was fascinating! one of the few subjects on school which i regret them not offering beyond Std 7

    Think of something you HAVE to do - and you'll immediately be lazy and want to sleep.

    Tbh exercise has not helped at all :/ Sometimes I even workout 4/5 times a week. Maybe I should try and sleep at the same time every night.
