I am mainly ok as long as I manage to get at least 6 to 7 hours sleep a night. Unfortunately it didnt work last night, only fell asleep about 3am. So 4 hours sleep = moody and cranky.

I need at least 7 hours sleep each night to function normally.
My advice for good sleep is the same as many others. Read before you go to sleep. And not on a screen. Read an actual paper book.
Otherwise I find that Allergex knocks me out. It's an antihistamine that's available without prescription. I sleep the best when I drink one of those.
Allergex, seriously? I take 4 of those per day and they barely help my sinusitis. . . .
I found that the best cure for insomnia is sleeping, learned it from my mom and it works.

Like many before me said, read a book. If you don't fall asleep, at least you'll have something to keep you company.
There is one book that never fails to put me asleep.
I never managed more than 20 pages. Maybe I'm just not hip enough for it.
One day, I'll grow up and become responsible.
Probably not today.
