    Not sure if anyone mentioned this but you could try Melatonin. It's sort of like a natural sleeping tablet but it doesn't have many negative effects, doesn't cause reliance and is safe to use. Helped me.

    I think you've got to train yourself to sleep, what if you run out of pills?

    On the odd occasion I struggle to sleep I go straight to youtube and listen to some 'soft spoken' vids. There's a ton out there that are gaming related too.

    I once tried to find the most boring review of something and I found a guy reviewing his pen. It was so epically boring that I passed out in a minute. WIN!

    Got some melatonin today at dischem (benmore gardens)-no script needed yet. Got the biogen one which was only R50 for 60 capsules
