They have loads of numbers on their site, which one to call to find out about the order status?

I phoned 0860 102 970 then push 6 for Smart Devices and then 4 to speak to an agent. Sat on hold for about 10 minutes.

How come I always get an SMS directly after phoning them >.< Although this 1 is a lil' worrying :/

"FNB Your smart device application has been approved. Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing a stock shortage and will issue a delivery instruction as soon as stock becomes available. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused"

Perhaps just a general message they sent out? Lady on the phone said I made the 100 >.<

I just got that text too! And they said yesterday I am one of the first 100. Also tried calling but they are "experiencing high call volumes" . Hope this is just a general text sent to everyone that applied regardless of whether they made it into the first 100 or not.

So I just got through to them after receiving that awful text. Apparently I am now not one of the 100 despite being told yesterday I am . Their excuse is that the girl that told me I am one of the 100 is new and they will investigate as to why I was told that. Of course they profusely apologise and I now need to wait for new stock to arrive
