So I just got through to them after receiving that awful text. Apparently I am now not one of the 100 despite being told yesterday I am. Their excuse is that the girl that told me I am one of the 100 is new and they will investigate as to why I was told that. Of course they profusely apologise and I now need to wait for new stock to arrive
