This whole process has got me a lil' annoyed and confused. The lack of clear communication from FNB resulting in me having to continuously phone them is not ideal. I'm starting to think that not even the agents really know what's going on and the only indicator could be like Batista got where they actually phoned him.

I have to admit this whole posting in 2 similar threads on 2 different sites with similar users is challenging to keep up with >.< What we need is a magical cross website merge of the 2 threads
