    Default Sequestration order can sink Malema



    EFF leader Julius Malema's ambitions to serve in Parliament will be dashed should a provisional sequestration order against him become final, his lawyer said on Monday.

    "If it becomes final, it will affect him in Parliament. He will not be allowed to be an MP," Tumi Mokoena said.

    "But it's not a final order yet."

    Earlier, the Economic Freedom Fighters' leader was provisionally sequestrated by the High Court in Pretoria....read more here: Sequestration order can sink Malema

    If he owes the taxman R16mil, you must know how crooked this guy is. It better become final...this dude has taken everyone for a ride too long.

    If he owes the Taxman 16 Mil can you imaging how much this guy was earning? And he says he's a man of the people... What a load of shit... he will look out for himself first and foremost...
