If you're using PSN, don't ever buy anything on it if you intend to emigrate, you'll never be able to migrate your account. But that's okay, just make a new one.
And don't worry about your game collection, I'm sure that when the next console comes out you'll be able to find someone still using the PS4 who'd buy your collection. And, of course, the really good titles will be remastered for the new console so that you can buy them again anyway, no sweat.
And thank the gaming gods you don't have to worry about game-breaking bugs and issues in the next Elder Scrolls or Fallout games that would require one of those horrible console commands to fix, I'm sure they'll patch it one day, probably some time after they patch the previous two games. Or mods... I mean, wow... Who likes mods and user-created content anyway.
And who cares about 30fps, 60fps 120fps or 60Hz or 120Hz or 144Hz or any such silly things when performance is destined to suffer in high-density areas anyway in games that aren't "properly optimised."
And it's not like anyone notices the tricks used on console games to optimise performance anyway, like fading in-and-out textures, confined level areas and as minimal on-screen activity as possible.
And who cares about the DRM embedded into consoles when you want to stream content from your media servers? We can just use Netflix and Hulu instead. Oh wait... Only in some countries. How silly of me.
And those silly PC gamers, spending R12,000 in one go every five years for hardware upgrades. Why pay it in one massive go when you can buy a cheap console every seven years and pay a premium on new games for the rest of that console's life time to subsidise the cost instead?
Stupid PC gamers...
