Very happy to be surrounded by such accepting forum folk, I am ashamed to admit I was actually very surprised at the supporting nature of everyone here. Goes to show the world truly is changing

Haha that was partly the inspiration for this thread. When I first crawled onto the great expanse that is the Internet, I was also quite on the down-low in terms of sexuality, because you do tend to expect a poor reaction.

I don't think MyGaming is like that, and it's cool to have a place where you can feel welcome, no matter which way you swing .

A couple of friends of mine come from families where both siblings ended up being gay - it seems to be a thing!

The Q and I had to be added for intersexed and queer people who don't ID themselves as gay or transgendered but still have attractions and so on in the LGBT lifestyle if that makes sense.

Some say Q is for questioning but I feel that doesn't help you ID anything

My moms cousin is still in the closet we all know he is gay but he is such a fantastic man can be a bitch of note though

Haha! I think Rainbow Batachu is enough gay representation on the MyGaming staff side ^_^

Yeah things can get tricky when it comes to the discussions around sex, gender, sexuality and the entire spectrum linking them all together. I think "Queer" is a decent catch-all term for people who don't subscribe or identify as any of the broader identities. Though I'm sure many people would disagree.
