Daylight Gets a Release Date on PS4 and PC

Daylight, the procedurally generated horror game from Zombie Studios, will be available on PS4 and PC from April 8 for $14.99 / £11.99.

Users on PC will also be able to use Oculus Rift headsets with the title if they're feeling particularly brave. A pretty cool feature that was announced as part of today's reveal is the fact that Twitch chat can be used to scare your friends senseless by cuing in-game events.

The example given is that by typing "meow", the game will suddenly make a cat noise. The aim is to allow you to terrify your mates, but all the events will be on timers to prevent spamming.

Well from some of the footage I've seen this looks well worth it and something that should only be played at 01:00 in the morning in pitch darkness with no ambient noise, a full moon and a very good 5.1 headset
