It's probably because of those vouchers, but yeah, I'm not a big fan of pre-ordering from them either after their courier messed up my HotS pre-order delivery.
They mentioned wowing you with their great service, I've only ever had acceptable levels of service from them once, and that was with this (apparently erroneous) purchase. All three of the other times I've had terrible service.My pre-order for Watch Dogs has been cancelled

I agree, but if thousands of people did it, it's probably a huge knock to them. Hopefully James can get some info out of them.
@ Hiro - I placed the order on the 24th, I think the vouchers are still valid until tomorrow.
My order didn't include any preorders though. Just a textbook for the wife and a dvd series.

Not sure, they might have sorted out issues with the system so that it can't be exploited again.
If they don't allow multiple coupons, why does their system allow it?
Maybe they just didn't expect people to find an opportunity to exploit multiple coupons, until now It was never a problem most likely
