My car is currently filthy. Between us renting whilst building, me not having a dedicated parking spot, the TONS of rain we've had in Gauteng recently and the frequent visits to the building site have rendered my car quite muddy, both inside and out.
So to answer the OP: There might be a jersey or jacket of sorts in the car, because it rains most of the time when we visit the building site and my wife always forgets her clothes in my car. So there's nothing sinister about it.
